Elson is the eccentric and hyper rich owner/director of the IEB. Though always intensely busy; making phone calls, filling out paper work and conducting meetings in total unison, he seems constantly happy and upbeat. This, however, is most likely a reaction to a life spent trying to control a company expanding ever so slightly too quickly...
